By downloading or using Adept Physique ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Adept Physique provides strength-training programming, workout tracking, and related fitness features. The app is for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the app.
The app does not provide medical advice. All workout programming, progression suggestions, and coaching cues are for informational and educational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions or injuries. You use the app and perform exercises at your own risk.
You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs under your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms for in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
All content in the app — including text, graphics, audio, design, and software — is owned by Adept Physique or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time without notice. We are not liable if all or any part of the app is unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adept Physique and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, data loss, or loss of revenue.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
