Adept Physique ("we," "our," or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Data We Collect and Use

Account and identity

If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive and store only the identifiers and contact details Apple provides (e.g. name, email) in order to associate your account with your workout data. We store this securely on your device (e.g. in the Keychain).

Workout and app usage data

• Onboarding choices: Your selected training goals, priority muscle groups, training days, and similar preferences.
• Workout data: Exercises performed, sets, reps, weights, and related progress data.
• Pre-workout check-ins: Optional answers (e.g. rested, ate well, hydrated) when you use the check-in feature.

This data is used to personalize your workouts, show progression, and sync your experience across your devices when you are signed in.

Subscription and payments

Superwall powers in-app subscription and paywall experiences. When you interact with paywalls or subscribe, Superwall and the applicable payment processor (e.g. Apple) may process purchase and subscription data. Their privacy practices apply to that processing. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Device and technical data

• We may use Apple CloudKit to sync your preferences and workout data. That data is associated with your Apple ID and is subject to Apple's privacy and CloudKit terms.
• Local notifications: With your permission, we schedule reminders on your device. We do not access or store the content of other notifications.

2. Where Data Is Stored

• On your device: Preferences and cached data may be stored locally (e.g. UserDefaults, Keychain) for performance and offline use.
• Apple: When you use iCloud/CloudKit, synced data is stored in your iCloud account and processed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Third-party services: Subscription and paywall-related data is processed by Superwall and Apple (for in-app purchases) under their respective policies.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:

• With Apple, for iCloud/CloudKit sync and Sign in with Apple, as part of using their services.
• With Superwall (and their partners), to the extent needed for subscription and paywall functionality.
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property, or with your consent.

4. Your Choices

• Account: You can sign out or manage your Apple ID and iCloud settings; this affects sync and account-related data.
• Notifications: You can disable workout reminders in your device Settings at any time.
• Data on device: Uninstalling the app will remove local data; synced data in iCloud may remain until you delete it or your account.

5. Security

We use system-provided security (e.g. Keychain, HTTPS, CloudKit) to protect data in transit and, where applicable, on device. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
